RETURNS / REPLACEMENT

Any product purchased in our store is subject to return, in accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.

How do I return?
First of all, remember about deadlines. You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to register for a refund. All you need to do is to inform us by e-mail. Then you have another 14 days to send back the garment together with a completed return form (appendix to the regulations) and a receipt (or a copy in case of partial return).
Returned clothing does not have to be returned in its original packaging. It is important that it is protected against damage and shipped by registered mail. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Reimbursement will be made to the bank account specified in the form.

Replacement
The willingness to replace the goods must be reported, as in the case of return, within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Why is this important? If you notify us too late and your size/colour is no longer available, you will lose your right to a refund. The rules of returning clothes are the same as in case of return – safe packaging, registered parcel. A new product will be sent to you within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
Remember!
Clothing you plan to return or replace must not show signs of use. Of course, you have the right to try on the purchased goods. You can even remove labels for convenience. However, we do not accept return or replacement of clothing that has been damaged, permanently soiled, washed, saturated with odors (food, cigarette smoke, detergents, perfumes, etc. ).
Important! The right to return or exchange orders applies only to products from regular sales (including discounted products), but not to individual orders (personalized orders).
